How can I make a payment for a purchase?
We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners
Club. We do not accept credit cards from accounts registered outside the United States.
We also accept business and personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, Western Union and bank wire
transfers. Payment in full, in cleared funds, must be received before items are shipped. 7% sales tax
is added to purchases in Minnesota.
What are the purchasing terms and conditions?
All equipment is under warrantee and guaranteed to be free of defects for a maximum of 60 days from
the date received. In case of defects, purchasers may return equipment to Matrix Medical at their own
expense. Any item returned during this period will be repaired or replaced, and returned to the purchaser
free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund equal to the purchase
price, minus shipping costs.
Equipment damaged during shipping is excluded from this warranty. Shipping damage claims are to be submitted
to the shipping company and/or insurance company. Warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage
from misuse of equipment. Any equipment repaired by a third party without written consent from Matrix
Medical voids this warranty.
Prior to returning equipment, purchaser is required to contact Matrix Medical for a return authorization
number and shipping instructions. There is a 15% restocking charge for any item returned for reasons
other than mechanical defects. To the best of our knowledge, this equipment is in good working condition.
Common sense dictates that before equipment is used in conjunction with patient care, it should be thoroughly
checked out by your professional service staff.

When and how will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of clearance of funds.
For purchases in the United States, smaller items will ship Federal Express with insurance coverage
equal to the purchase price. Items too large to ship Federal Express will ship via United Van Lines or
standard freight. Contact us for shipping quotes.
What is the export policy?
Matrix Medical will ship anywhere in the world. Smaller items with ship Federal Express or United States
Postal Service. For an additional charge, we will professionally crate larger items for export. We use
only reliable shipping companies with excellent rates. Contact us for shipping quotes for purchases outside
the lower 48 states.
How will my order be packaged?
Smaller items will be professionally packed using an Instapak
Foam-in-Place system. Instapak foam has unique cushioning properties that protect your products
during shipping, warehousing and handling. Larger Items will be palletized and professionally packaged.
Does the equipment come with operators, service manuals and all accessories?
Each item in our catalogue includes photos of the actual item you will receive. These photos and/or
descriptions will show everything that you will receive, including all manuals and accessories. Most
of the time, manuals do not come with the equipment. It depends on if we get the manual with the equipment
